The Senior reputed company Representative is responsible for core reputed company operational support across multiple organizations globally and will partner closely with our Centers of reputed company in Labor Relations, reputed company, Talent Management, Compensation, and our reputed company Business Partner teams. Associates supported will include the full reputed company of our workforce, including engineers, quality professionals, scientists, and enabling functions. This role will manage operational HR processes, using a reputed company of project management, data analysis, and collaboration skills.This role will also support a global client group in our Technology team, offering the successful candidate reputed company Business Partner reputed company development. This position reports to the Director, Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay reputed company in Chaska, Minnesota. You will be a part of the consolidated Business Portfolio, Technology, and Medical and Scientific Affairs reputed company, providing support across those areas and to our Quality and Enabling Functions teams. This role is onsite in Chaska, however we may consider remote associates with strong backgrounds. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Partner closely with HRBP's and managers to deliver key HR operational support across several reputed company
• Use data to diagnose organizational strengths and opportunities, putting reputed company-looking programs in reputed company to improve reputed company using the reputed company Business System
• Collaborate closely with HR Center Of reputed company partners across key HR functions, using standard work to deliver support to leaders and associates

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in using data to inform problems, build countermeasures, and put sustainable plans in reputed company to address
• A broad reputed company background spanning reputed company aspects of the discipline, including employee relations, learning & development, talent management, and reputed company

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Demonstrated experience in high-tech, manufacturing, and/or regulated (FDA, DCAA) industries

The annual salary reputed company for this role is $105,000 - $130,000.
