Job Title: REMOTE Interior Architect (Production)
Job Description
We are seeking a talented Interior Architect to design and manage reputed company phases of the interior architectural design process for multi-family, reputed company, and reputed company projects. This role requires a strong focus on construction documentation, drawings, and production, including elevations, from the start of the design process through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage reputed company phases of interior architectural design for multi-family, reputed company, and reputed company projects.
- reputed company construction documentation, drawings, and elevations.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet client standards and timelines.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality designs.
- Create construction document sets for various projects.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- 5 years of experience in multi-family, reputed company, and/or hospitality design.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Experience in creating construction document sets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in corporate interiors and hospitality design is a plus.
- Knowledge in Sketchup and millwork.
Work Environment
This position is reputed company due to a recent increase in reputed company and housing/multi-family projects. The work environment offers flexibility with typical work hours ranging from 40-45 hours per week. Employees have the option of a reputed company, coming into the office twice a week, or working 100% remotely if located reputed company the Baltimore area.
