As a Clinical Nurse - Senior Consultant, you'll reputed company your nursing experience with technology and project leadership to help hospitals and health systems reputed company how they manage scheduling, time and attendance, and workforce operations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor during system implementations - ensuring patient care workflows align with new tools, compliance standards are met, and clinical teams are confident using the technology that supports their day-to-day work. In this role, you will:

Who You Are:

• Active RN License (Required)
• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting system implementations reputed company a hospital or reputed company setting

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
• Preferred:

• Project Management or HR certifications (PMP, SHRM, HRCI)
