- Must reputed company in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Washington.
- Reliability and flexible availability that may include days, evening, holidays, and at least one weekend day
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high volume call center environment
- Must have an already established work from home environment using your own reputed company-based PC or reputed company-based laptop with high-speed internet
- Previous remote/Work From Home Experience
- Ability to listen to customer needs, reputed company effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge
- Positive attitude and ability to be self motivated in a work from home atmosphere
