Job Summary

As a Customer Service Support Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing product education and handling a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. You'll act as a liaison between Blithequark, our customer reputed company, and patients, resolving routine customer requests and providing additional customer education and information as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Blithequark, the customer reputed company, and patients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Resolve routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet, providing timely and accurate solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role desired; experience working in a contact center/call center environment is a plus.
  • Prior reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office, medical laboratory, or hospital, is required.
  • Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required (reputed company); experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Work Schedule and Location

The planned work schedule for this role is Tuesday - Saturday; 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time Zone). During the initial training period of up to three months, the schedule would be Monday - Friday.
