About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Representative to join reputed company as a Crew Scheduling Specialist. This full-time remote position reports to the Supervisor of Crew Services and plays a critical role in optimizing flight crew resources. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of FAR reputed company 121 and FAR reputed company 117 crew scheduling requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to embody reputed company culture while working with flight crews in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient utilization of pilots and maintain daily tracking of their attendance.
• reputed company exceptional customer care and support to reputed company crewmembers by managing booking-reputed company tasks, including disseminating the right procedural and regulatory information.
• Notify crewmembers of changes to their daily/monthly schedule and communicate schedule changes in a timely manner.
• Guarantee compliance with FAA-mandated reputed company 91, reputed company 121, and reputed company 117 regulations, as well as company policies.
• Continuously monitor and verify the reputed company of the flight schedule by ensuring reputed company segments have been assigned to a legal crew.
• Resolve flight crew legitimacy issues and layover requirements based on relevant regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Maintain primary correspondence with crewmembers, flight control, and station staff reputed company to crew schedules.
• Process trip trades, trip drops, sick calls, emergency leaves, and other daily schedule changes.
• Secure reputed company necessary accommodations, including lodging and deadhead flight bookings.

Essential Qualifications
