Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to reputed company telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. As a key member of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the care and support they need. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating compassionate and genuine care for patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • reputed company exceptional telephone support to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying and reviving benefits as needed.
  • Translate and enter new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system, communicating and collecting copay amounts.
  • Obtain authorizations, working with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.
  • Utilize superb communication skills to interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners, ensuring that financial and clinical expectations are met prior to fulfillment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone.
  • Proficiency in reputed company-based applications, including reputed company Office, internet navigation, and email applications.
  • One year of computer keyboarding experience, with strong skills and aptitude.
  • A reputed company high school diploma or equivalent.
