Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to determine appropriate corrective action responses for MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), Minor Stops, and establish root-cause analysis.

• Manage line efficiencies, key performance indicators, and production downtime to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

Essential Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising or managing employees in an operations environment, with strong leadership, coaching, and development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with team members, with a strong understanding of LEAN principles, including Value reputed company Mapping, Process reputed company Mapping, and reputed company Improvement Process.
• Working knowledge of LEAN tools and methodologies, such as 5S, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and Kaizen.

• Analytical thought process and problem-solving skills, with the ability to train on LEAN methodologies.
