Client Relationships Manager

GeBBS reputed company Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to support and strengthen partnerships with our reputed company clients. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational alignment, and supporting the successful delivery of reputed company cycle management (RCM) services.

The Client Relationship Manager will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping to ensure service quality, address operational needs, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and performance.

This role requires strong knowledge of the reputed company reputed company cycle market and the ability to collaborate across operations, sales, and leadership teams to support client reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for assigned reputed company clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, KPIs, and service delivery.

Operational Collaboration

  • Partner with internal operations teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and according to client expectations.
  • Help address operational challenges and coordinate solutions with delivery teams.
  • Support communication between clients and internal departments including operations, sales, and leadership.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor service performance metrics and client KPIs.
  • Prepare and present client reports, performance updates, and operational insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality and client reputed company.

Business Growth Support

  • Identify opportunities for service expansion reputed company existing client accounts.
  • Support sales and leadership teams in renewal discussions and account growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reputed company reputed company cycle management (RCM) or reputed company services.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. reputed company reputed company cycle market, including billing, coding, claims management, or AR operations.
  • Experience working directly with reputed company clients or provider organizations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working reputed company an RCM outsourcing, reputed company BPO, or consulting organization.
  • Familiarity with reputed company performance metrics and operational reporting.
  • CRCR Credentialing
  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company administration, business, or a reputed company field.
