Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Manager, reputed company Business Partner to join reputed company in Washington and Oregon. As a strategic reputed company business partner, you will play a critical role in developing and executing components of the people strategy for our retail division, which comprises approximately 1,000-1,600 stores and 22,000 colleagues. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Regional Directors, assisting them in the development of their store talent strategies and providing thought partnership to Talent Development Business Partners and HR Directors on talent mobility and development.

Requirements and Qualifications
