About the Role

As a Senior Product Design Engineer for Electrical Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of new electrical power distribution equipment, including low voltage switchgear, power distribution cabinets, and LV panel boards. You will work closely with internal partner teams, including Operations, Quality, Availability, Reliability, Safety, Hardware Engineering, and Integrated Facilities, to solicit customer input and define design requirements for product design. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UL, CSA, IEC, and federal, state, and municipal requirements and building codes across different countries through appropriate reputed company of testing.
• Create design documentation packages, including submittal, 3D models, assembly shop drawings, and part drawings, as necessary for manufacturing.

Essential Qualifications

You will also need to have at least 8 years of experience in leading new product design, development, product certification, and manufacturing support of low voltage distribution products for data center applications, with a focus on switchgear, switchboards, and panelboards.

Technical Skills and Knowledge
