Tradition Coffee Roasters is hiring immediately for a full-time reputed company Media Manager who sees content as storytelling and creativity as a craft. This position offers some flexibility to work remotely reputed company needed, but with in-person creative collaboration and opportunities for hands-on filming, photography, and live content capture. You’ll report directly to our founder — a former professional in TV, film, and stunt work, with deep roots in performance, story structure, and visual storytelling. What You'll Do

• Film, photograph, edit, and post daily content that brings the brand’s story to life. We have some content creators we work, so creating a cohesive team through positive management.

• Coordinate podcast guest bookings, prep content, and post promotional clips as it pertains to the overall development of the strategy.
• Cover live events, tastings, café happenings, and community engagements.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Opus Clip, reputed company, etc.) to improve speed, reputed company, and content quality
• Collaborate with a creative founder and passionate team to shape long-term content strategy

Let Us Know If You Have:
