IT Technical Business Analyst - PROLIM Global Corporation
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company business analysis for reputed company integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Analyze reputed company systems and workflows to identify modernization opportunities.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support reputed company/integration management and configuration/reporting tasks.
- Assist in solution design, documentation, and data modeling.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage requirements traceability and change control throughout the SDLC.

Experience & Education
- Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst
- At least 2 years in a reputed company BA role
- Experience with systems integration and Agile/hybrid environments
- Preferred: BA/BS in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Relevant experience may substitute formal education
