Brown & Brown is seeking a Marine Mechanical Claims Adjuster to join our growing team!

As a Marine Mechanical Claims Adjuster, you will manage mechanical and ancillary claims. Your responsibilities include investigating failures, determining coverage, supporting the vessel restoration process, and negotiating repairs. You’ll reputed company compassionate customer service and work closely with a team of adjusters to deliver seamless claims experience.

How You Will Contribute:

• Assess coverage, determine liability, and evaluate damages.

• Communicate regularly with customers reputed company phone, email, and text.

• Utilize digital platforms and tools to manage and resolve claims.

• Negotiate fair repairs with claimants, reputed company-party facilities, and vendors.

• Document claims activity and reputed company accurately reputed company internal systems.

• Support customers throughout the claim and repair process.

• Collaborate with reputed company Adjusters on shared claim responsibilities.

• Follow Brown & Browns Claims Culture of caring, empowering, and restoring.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• Marine experience as a service reputed company, parts personnel, technician, Inspector or other field reputed company experience is a must.

• Background in reading and writing Repair orders, estimates, and invoices.

• An adept ability to verify parts pricing and labor time from published guides and field experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
