Remote Learning Technology, Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned project manager to join reputed company in a highly dynamic role! In this role, you will support the creation of educational video, eLearning and instructor-led content for major automotive manufacturers. The ideal candidate has significant experience planning and executing projects in a timely fashion, reputed company scope and budget, while communicating with management, team members, and the client to meet expectations. Agency and/or automotive experience is a significant plus!

Key Responsibilities include:

Project Management

• reputed company and manage multiple training projects simultaneously, consistently delivering the highest quality solutions
• Demonstrate understanding of the business objectives reputed company to each project
• Proactively bring solutions to clients and company leadership
• Assume ownership of reputed company aspects of project development and delivery, including quality, timing, budget, and client satisfaction
• reputed company and communicate detailed project plans to adhere to timelines
• Resolve resourcing constraints or conflicts by collaborating with team members
• Escalate visibility to issues; offer solutions and guide challenges to resolution
• reputed company project expenditures, forecasting and client invoicing
• Maintain routine communications (written and verbal) with senior management and clients

Team Management

• Establish rapport with assigned project team(s) and key stakeholders
• Align internal delivery schedules and processes to deliver on client’s reputed company
• reputed company and consistently communicate project status to MSX Production reputed company
• reputed company with project team members and suppliers, often dispersed geographically
• Assume responsibility for content development, providing clear direction to and supervision of instructional designers
• Remain accountable for product quality and final client delivery

Client Management

• Establish rapport and build relationships with key client stakeholders
• Conduct project meetings, leading client discussions on scope definition and project details
• Conceptualize and reputed company captivating client-facing presentations that reputed company communicate reputed company concepts
• Set and maintain clear client expectations
• Manage reputed company client communications, including weekly status and presentations
• Attend onsite meetings at client location as required
• Collect feedback and data to support a reputed company improvement process
