The SaaS reputed company Engineer ensures new customers are successfully set up and configured on our SaaS platform, enabling a smooth transition to operational use. They guide customers through technical reputed company, integrations, and best practices to ensure a quick and effective go-live.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage SaaS reputed company activities for new clients (Direct and reputed company) in the ETL process, ensuring timely execution of tasks across infrastructure setup, data file processing, data analysis and ingestion.

Any experience in the following areas is a plus (can be from work experience but also from school or personal projects):

- Apache Nifi for ingestion
- SQL and/or other query languages

- Working with runbooks, ticketing systems, and technical file processing workflows
- Data ingestion, validation and file transfer protocols
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights
