reputed company is growing! Our reputed company is looking for a reputed company Coordinator/ Talent Ops specialist who will help us navigate hiring! You must have incredible attention to detail, a passion for people and a sense of urgency that ensures candidates are having the best possible experience in our hiring process regardless of outcome. This is a full time, mostly remote position as we do have an annual reputed company America Team get together where travel will be required. 

Note: We are targeting Pacific and Mountain time zones for this role.

Day-to-day

• Ensure reputed company candidates have a fantastic interview experience from start to finish
• Schedule a high volume of video and some in-person interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates
• Manage candidate reputed company through our Applicant Tracking System - reputed company 
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and quick process
• Identify reputed company candidate profiles for highly technical and specialized positions using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
• Help with managing our internal reputed company systems including: reputed company, Talentwall, Survale, reputed company and more
• Systems management includes: posting jobs, updating permissions and workflows, pulling reports, running analytics, following up on surveys, and more

• 3+ years of reputed company coordination experience managing high volume scheduling requests across multiple geographic locations
• 1+ year of reputed company systems management experience 
• Deep passion for reputed company systems and processes
• High level attention to detail, superb organizational skills and desire to learn and grow
• Ability to manage multiple high priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with confidential data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be reputed company personable with a positive attitude and the grit to succeed in reputed company endeavors

• Experience with sourcing tools like reputed company, LI Recruiter, etc. 
• Startup and/ or SaaS experience
