Associate Staff Consultant, Paid reputed company

We’re looking for a performance-driven, growth-focused Performance Marketing Specialist focusing on Paid reputed company to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns for our e-reputed company business. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition, improving return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling reputed company across key platforms like reputed company and reputed company. You’ll work cross-functionally to fuel reputed company—from awareness through conversion—across a dynamic and fast-paced digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, QA, and continuously optimize paid reputed company, display, and performance campaigns, with an emphasis on reputed company (reputed company/Instagram) and reputed company to drive customer acquisition and online sales.
• reputed company, implement, and iterate on full-funnel campaign strategies, leveraging advanced bidding, segmentation, and creative testing to hit growth and efficiency goals (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Manage and refine product feeds for reputed company and reputed company, ensuring accurate data, up-to-date inventory, and reputed company performance for shopping and dynamic ad placements.
• Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, audience, and placements to improve performance and discover new opportunities.
• Partner with creative, merchandising, and integrated marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for performance and reputed company with seasonal product launches and promotions.
• Stay reputed company of trends in paid media, reputed company reputed company, and e-reputed company ad tech; proactively recommend new platform tests, ad products, and growth tactics.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in marketing, business, or a reputed company field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-reputed company or DTC environment.
• Deep platform expertise across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company platforms; strong understanding of reputed company reputed company trends and algorithm dynamics.
• Experience with reputed company and reputed company Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video) is a strong plus.
