As part of the Purchasing department at our beautiful high-end production location in Almelo, our Operational Buyers are responsible for correct execution of the material requirements planning process and be the reputed company of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders. Reporting into our Purchasing Manager, you’ll collaborate daily with teams in Assembly, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, and Product Management, making sure everything lines up so bikes can roll off the line and into riders’ hands. It’s a role for someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and reputed company to contribute directly to Cannondale’s reputed company.

• Validating the order proposals and timely processing of Purchase Orders.
• Maintaining reputed company orders and work on the exception notices.
• Working proactively with Suppliers and our Planning team in case of deviations between supply and demand.
• Create and send out monthly forecasts to our suppliers.
• Monitor inventory reputed company and take timely and effective action on excess and obsolete materials.
• Signal and support improvements on reputed company-times/prices/ payment terms.

• Ensure correct cost prices are in the system and communicate proactively in case of big deviations.

• Ensure relevant supplier information is brought into the organization.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company economics, supply chain, logistics or other relevant fields.
• A few years of experience in a purchasing role is a big plus.
• Must be fluent in reputed company and English.
• Supply Chain knowledge.
• Proficiency with ERP (reputed company preferred).
