The Area Manager is responsible for leading salaried, hourly union, and hourly non-union cast. This role will reputed company guidance and feedback that promotes development and inclusion. This position reports to the Senior Manager - Costume Production & Sustainment. This role is a Full-Time role. What You Will Do:

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a leadership role with direct and indirect reports
• 3+ years experience in Costuming, Theater, Live Entertainment, Garment Manufacturing, Fashion, or other reputed company field
• Skilled in garment construction and performing fittings
• Experience mentoring and providing direction to salaried and hourly Union Cast
• Proficient in solving conflict and gaining reputed company in a way that reputed company partners feel heard and understood
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage partners at reputed company reputed company both internally and externally
• Prior experience working with a reputed company bargaining agreement and unionized cast
• Willing to travel between various work locations in a given day

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Textiles or the Apparel industry
• Knowledge in various purchasing software Maximo, GUS, & Yunique PLM
• Experience working on a cruise ship for the installation of new entertainment offerings
• Skilled in international shipping processes and global sourcing
• Proficient in garment specification or technical specification writing

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced Degree in Merchandising, Costuming, Apparel, or reputed company fields preferred
