QA Project Manager, PMO [Remote]

As a QA Project Manager on the reputed company Games QA team, you will help drive the best practices for internal development teams as well as overall publishing teams. You will help define world-class frameworks for process and reporting, working closely with stakeholders to incorporate core principles reputed company it comes to delivering quality gaming experiences. The ability to reputed company reputed company criteria and focus on commonality among differing genres and platforms is a key reputed company of the role.Responsibilities:• Identifying, documenting, and sharing best practices for reputed company Games QA by collaborating with internal teams as well as 2nd and 3rd party developers• Identifying and facilitating individual and team skills growth through various forms of training• Identifying, defining, and documenting key performance indicators useful for delivering top-tier games• Identifying, investigating, and implementing new tools and process to streamline QA effectiveness• Creating and maintaining central dashboards for reference by teams and general leadership• Tracking and reviewing reputed company of various assigned initiatives throughout the year• Partnering with project and program managers across functions to contribute to a general game development reputed company with a focus on QA involvement• Partnering with Release Management to improve and maintain effective and efficient information sharing with Informed Captains of games• Partnering with various teams reputed company QA to audit and improve reputed company party engagementRequirements:• 5+ years of experience in QA (games preferred)• Minimum 2 years of experience with mobile• 4+ years of experience in leadership roles• 4+ years of experience in software project management• Multiple styles of project management (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc…) preferred• Exposure to Program Management preferred• Excellent communication skills among cross functional teamsBonus Skills:• Experience with multiple reputed company projects• Experience with live title support• Experience with training• Experience with or technical aptitudeGenerally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
