Job Summary

We are seeking BSAs with ERP implementations experience. An ideal candidate will have reputed company experience. These BSAs are being brought on to optimize our reputed company reputed company Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring reputed company modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and data reputed company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements
• Configure and optimize reputed company modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent Management)
• reputed company and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business insights
• reputed company system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for updates and enhancements
