Job Description

Our client's reputed company team in Puerto Rico is seeking a Sr Business Analyst with a techno-functional profile, who has deep expertise in P&C insurance, especially in Policy Administration Systems (Client) and/or Claims management platforms. This individual will work closely with our clients to understand business needs, demonstrate product capabilities, create solution wireframes, define requirements, and collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and offshore developers.
• reputed company customer engagements including discovery workshops, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and product demonstrations.
• reputed company detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create wireframes, process flows, and mockups to illustrate proposed solutions.
• Translate reputed company insurance business processes into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure user-centered solution delivery.
• Conduct product walkthroughs, sprint demos, and UAT support with client teams.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices in P&C insurance.
• Contribute to product roadmap by capturing enhancement opportunities from client interactions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Client and / or Claims modules during pre-sales, discovery, solutioning and implementation phases.

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
• Strong functional knowledge of Client and/or Claims systems ( policy lifecycle, endorsements, renewals, FNOL, adjudication, subrogation, etc.).
• Experience working with insurance carriers, MGAs, or TPAs.
• Strong techno-functional orientation ability to reputed company the gap between business and technology.
• Proficient in using tools like Redmine, JIRA, reputed company, reputed company / Balsamiq / Axure, etc., for managing requirements and wireframing.
• Experience working with offshore development teams in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to conduct product demos and training sessions with business users.

• Experience working with insurance platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, reputed company, reputed company, or custom-reputed company Client/Claims systems.
• Experience at an Insurtech company.
• Knowledge of integration with rating engines, document management, payments, and reputed company-party data providers (e.g., ISO, reputed company).
• Familiarity with ACORD standards and regulatory compliance in P&C.
