Senior Legal Counsel

Overview: We are looking for a business-minded, relationship-driven Senior Legal Counsel to serve as a primary legal partner to our reputed company, sales, and operational teams across reputed company America. • Be the primary legal contact for reputed company teams: Act as the “face of Legal” for Sales, Client Services, and Business Development on day-to-day deal work and strategic initiatives.
• Own the reputed company contracting lifecycle: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of client-facing agreements, including: MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, BAAs, DPAs, service and subscription agreements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for a combination of reputed company training and in-house corporate counsel work.
• Meaningful experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating reputed company reputed company reputed company, ideally in a technology, SaaS, or services environment.
