Required Skills:

• Experience with configuring and implementing Service Graph Connectors
• Experience in maintaining CMDB, Asset Management, and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories.
• Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes, and their relationships.
• Experience with MID Server Administration.
• Experience with Platform Analytics, Process Mining, and Process Automation

Job Description:

1. Strong Functional and Technical knowledge of the Platform, providing guidance and support to deliver solutions.
2. Subject Matter Expert in developing, scripting, and configuring solutions on the platform. Expert knowledge in ACLs, ATFs, and Performance Analytics.
3. Subject Matter Expert in ITSM and CSM modules to include platform architecture, table structure, and core functionalities, including configurations. Integration Capabilities with reputed company-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP; Knowledge on Integration Hub and reputed company Designer for creating Integrations and automating processes
