We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to support and maintain critical technology infrastructure and services. This role focuses on system reliability, reputed company, and seamless day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on reputed company-based environments.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer and maintain PingFederate SSO client connections, including certificate management
Configure and support SendGrid for transactional and bulk email delivery
Set up and manage DKIM, SPF, and other email reputed company protocols on reputed company Exchange
Maintain and update DNS records across reputed company platforms
Provision and manage SFTP accounts and key-based authentication
Support and maintain internal applications such as Dynamic Forms for Exchange
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and documented according to best practices
Collaborate with IT, reputed company, and Development teams to support integrations and deployments
Salary for this role is: $52,000
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field preferred; Commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
Strong expertise with reputed company reputed company Server, Active Directory, and reputed company services
Hands-on experience with PingFederate or similar SSO/identity reputed company
Proficiency with SendGrid or other reputed company-based email delivery platforms
Solid understanding of DNS, SFTP, DKIM/SPF, and general email reputed company protocols
Direct experience with reputed company platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and integrations
Background in higher education IT or other regulated environments
Exposure to DevOps practices, automation tools, or CI/CD workflows
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent documentation habits
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
