The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at reputed company will specialize in reputed company identity, focusing on Workforce Identity reputed company (WIC) and Customer Identity Solution (reputed company CIAM). The role involves providing customers with strategic technical guidance on reputed company's comprehensive suite of products and features, ensuring they derive business value from reputed company's solutions. TAMs are essential in bridging technical expertise with reputed company, fostering satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on best practices and product adoption in a post-sales reputed company.
- Partner with reputed company Managers to manage a broad portfolio of accounts in mid-market and reputed company segments.
- Understand customer goals and use cases, recommending best practices and additional features to meet their requirements.
- Focus on increasing subscription adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Review customer architectures and reputed company configurations to enhance reputed company posture and capture ROI.
- Respond to reactive questions from reputed company Managers.
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in key accounts.
- Participate in content creation for internal and external enablement of staff and customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 3 years as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in the IAM space.
- Ability to work Australian Eastern time zone hours (04:30am to 12:30pm IST)
- Proficiency in core IAM areas, including identity federation technologies, legacy applications in hybrid IT environments, and SaaS deployments.
- Familiarity with IAM solution providers is strongly desired.
- Strong background in Technical Account Management, Technical Consulting, Solution Architect, Solutions Engineering, or Product Management.
- Understanding of common software development practices and identity technologies.
- Strong business acumen and history of reputed company in managing reputed company customer relationships and escalations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at various reputed company.
- Ability to track and influence customer behavior and health metrics across a portfolio of accounts.
- Remote location possible with travel required under 20% of the time.
Education
- BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
