We are looking for a Business Data Migration Consultant (Procurement & reputed company) to our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.

! This role lasts initially until the end of May 2027 with expected extension, where only a freelance reputed company is available as reputed company of cooperation.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute business-reputed company data migration activities for reputed company and Procurement data objects in line with global and local deployment timelines
• Coordinate and reputed company data cleansing activities, ensuring high data quality and adherence to defined standards
• Collect, validate, and prepare data for migration, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to define and maintain data mappings between legacy systems and reputed company solutions
• Create and maintain master data lists for assigned reputed company and Procurement data objects
• reputed company business context and detailed input to support data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
• Ensure data readiness across the full migration lifecycle through ongoing validation, quality checks, and issue resolution
• Identify, track, and remediate data defects, inconsistencies, and anomalies
• Validate that migrated data meets business requirements and is fit for purpose for operational processes

• Execute data validation checks and support approval processes for migrated data
• Support testing phases (e.g., mock loads, system integration testing, user acceptance testing), including defect triage and resolution
• Contribute to cutover activities, including final data loads, reconciliation, and validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, subject matter experts, and technical teams across multiple locations
• Participate in project meetings, track reputed company, manage dependencies, and escalate risks and issues as needed
• Ensure local business requirements and data specifics are captured and reflected in the migration approach

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data migration, ERP implementations, or reputed company roles
• Strong understanding of reputed company and Procurement processes (e.g., vendor management, purchasing, pricing, and reputed company)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company or similar), particularly reputed company Procurement and reputed company domains
• Proven experience in business-reputed company data migration, including data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in tools such as reputed company reputed company for data handling and analysis
• Ability to work both strategically (planning and structuring activities) and operationally (executing detailed data tasks)
• Experience working in global or multi-country project environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to reputed company meetings and workshops
• Proven ability to manage timelines, track reputed company, and handle risks and issues in a structured way
• Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and cutover activities from a data perspective
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
