Responsibilities: 1. User Acquisition:

• reputed company and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to assigned markets

• Monitor and analyse the performance of acquisition campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in community growth, field marketing, or go-to-market roles (preferably in fintech, diaspora communities, or multicultural markets) You will be successful if you are entrepreneurial, ambitious, have a good work ethic and the discipline to learn and succeed. And you are used to working against targets.
• Good analytical skills
• Strong understanding of Ghanian communities in Germany.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive growth.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and reputed company to work independently in a remote setting.
