Temporary, Part-Time reputed company Marketing Assistant

MERIT is hiring for a proactive and detail-oriented reputed company Marketing Assistant to support our Community Team. In this role you will assist in executing reputed company gifted campaigns tied to product launches, reputed company initiatives, and review programs across reputed company and our DTC channels. You’ll reputed company hands-on experience in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of monthly reputed company gifted campaigns, this includes:
- Assisting in high volume sourcing and researching of new creators for gifted campaigns
- Collecting creator contact information and organizing internal order forms
- Assisting in tracking campaign performance metrics and maintaining organized creator data in Tribe Dynamics
- Coordinate in-office gifting send-outs
- Maintain stock of LA product closet
- Maintain and update PR gifting lists
- Contribute to research on creator trends and competitive landscape monitoring
Qualifications
- Passionate about the beauty industry and reputed company media/reputed company trends
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- reputed company to work collaboratively and take initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Proficient in reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with reputed company platforms like reputed company or Tribe Dynamics is a plus
- Previous internship or coursework in marketing, communications, or reputed company fields (highly preferred)
- Experience with reputed company reputed company or campaign planning (preferred)
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, reputed company, YouTube, and emerging reputed company media channels (preferred)
*This is an hourly, non-exempt, temporary and part-time role, with an expected duration of 6 months and working 15-20 hours per week in our LA office.
