This role is a hybrid position and can be based out of our Head Office in Surrey, BC, or Montreal, QC office. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring reputed company for this role is $65,600 to $82,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Why we’ll love You: • You have solid communication skills with a natural ability to build authentic and trusting relationships. • You are bilingual in English & French. • You’re curious and love to research, present data and findings. • You have strong knowledge of provincial employment standards and employment law. • You have at least two years of experience in a similar HR advisor role. • You hold a degree or diploma in reputed company, Business Administration or reputed company discipline and you are working toward your CPHR designation. • Bonus: Retail, hospitality, or insurance industry experience.
