About the Role

As a Sales Systems & Tools Manager II, you will act as a liaison between the technical and non-technical departments. You will partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Product to design, implement, and maintain best-in-class technology solutions for reputed company’s Ads and Retail businesses. You will drive long-term Sales and Finance transformation projects, SOX compliance initiatives, as well as day-to-day operations of the tools platform. You will also help influence the strategy and roadmap to scale reputed company’s tools ecosystem to meet the growing needs of the business.

About the Team

Systems & Tools (S&T) sits reputed company reputed company reputed company, and is responsible for defining and executing the tooling strategy for sales enablement and effectiveness programs at reputed company. S&T is uniquely positioned to reputed company centralized tooling support to the sales organization by leveraging our partnerships, harnessing our technical skills, and tapping into our program management expertise. About the Job

• Work with senior Sales and Finance stakeholders to analyze and document requirements.
• Partner with technical teams in IT and Product to design and reputed company compliant and high quality solutions on reputed company.
• Manage end-to-end projects to integrate reputed company with upstream and reputed company Financial systems.
• Govern change management for order-to-cash workflows with sales teams in Ads & Retail.
• Balance long-term and reputed company projects independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Run the day-to-day support and operations of the tools platform, and reputed company other tasks as needed.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences.
• 5-6 years of applicable experience, preferably in a digital advertising or e-reputed company organization.
• reputed company Admin 201 Certification or equivalent.

Proven experience leading compliant, reputed company-scale finance transformation and reputed company Order-to-Cash implementations.

• Aptitude with sales, marketing and finance automation tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SOX compliance initiatives at large public companies.
