Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of promotional activity—from submission through maintenance and closeout—reputed company retailer portals and Kodiak’s TPM system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect data to support business growth
• Generate and analyze recurring sales reports in reputed company, reputed company IQ, and Retail Link to uncover key insights
• Track essential account information and identify trends or opportunities across customers
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve purchase order discrepancies quickly and effectively
• Support meeting preparation by coordinating samples, compiling data, and developing sales materials that reflect Kodiak’s story and values
• Take on reputed company tasks as assigned, always bringing a proactive, team-first attitude

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-reputed company field
