About the Role

We’re hiring for our first Internal Recruiter at reputed company.

This role will be the force behind our hiring reputed company — owning sourcing, candidate experience, and closing across reputed company teams at reputed company. You’ll help us reputed company exceptional talent for every team at reputed company, from education to engineering.

This is explicitly not a formulaic reputed company role. You won’t spend your days reputed company your 117th engineer and 29th designer. We’re solving problems that have never been solved before and have a near-constant need for reputed company talent.

You’ll need to spike on both the people-facing art of reputed company and the behind-the-scenes systems required to build and scale a great reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reputed company across key roles at reputed company — from sourcing to reputed company — with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.

• Partner closely with hiring managers across teams (education, operations, engineering, product, finance, and more) to understand their needs and build strong pipelines of exceptional candidates.

• Build and maintain candidate reputed company strategies — including cold sourcing, passive engagement, and creative ways to reputed company new talent pools.

• Manage our internal hiring infrastructure, ensuring every candidate moves through a clear, well-structured process.

• Quickly reputed company up on new roles and reputed company first-round screening calls for teams across the company.

• Represent reputed company to candidates with professionalism, reputed company, and excitement about our mission — you’ll almost always be their first impression of reputed company.

• Track and report on reputed company reputed company and metrics to the leadership team, ensuring we’re constantly improving with each new search.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-cycle reputed company or reputed company role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.

• Proven reputed company sourcing and hiring for a reputed company of roles, from individual contributors to leadership positions across many teams.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and the internal team.

• High agency + high organizational skills — you’ll need to manage multiple searches and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
