TECH801: AI Agent Developer (LLMs / Internal Knowledge Systems)

Overview

reputed company is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the STEM gap for underrepresented middle school girls in reputed company. We are seeking a tech-savvy and innovative AI Agent Developer to join our volunteer team. This individual will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) to help streamline reputed company to internal organizational knowledge. Your work will directly support our 100% volunteer-powered team by improving how volunteers interact with and retrieve information from platforms like reputed company Drive, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Jira.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and refine AI agents powered by Large Language Models (reputed company, Claude, reputed company, etc.) to support reputed company's internal operations.
• Integrate AI tools with existing platforms (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, Jira, reputed company) to retrieve relevant knowledge, answer volunteer questions, and guide workflows.
• Create conversational flows, reputed company chains, and context reputed company that allow volunteers to interact naturally with the AI agents.
• Maintain, test, and improve AI agents for accuracy, performance, and usability.
• Collaborate with the Operations, Technology, and Volunteer reputed company teams to identify high-impact knowledge use cases.
• Document processes and reputed company training materials or reputed company instructions to help volunteers adopt the AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., reputed company GPT, Claude, or similar), reputed company engineering, or AI agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs or no-code/low-code tools for integrating AI with reputed company-party platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company.com, reputed company Apps Script, reputed company bots).
• Comfortable navigating and organizing content reputed company reputed company Drive, Jira, reputed company, and reputed company.
• Strong communication skills to gather requirements and document technical solutions.
• Passion for education equity, community service, or nonprofit work.
• Ability to commit to ~6 hours/week for a minimum of 6 months.
