The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of Octopus reputed company Bills and our broader renewable reputed company reputed company the new home building sector. This role will primarily focus on building strong relationships with house reputed company and their supply chain as well as with their partners including Build to Rent funds, councils and housing associations.

This role is remote, with frequent regional travel. An electric vehicle will be provided.

What you'll do

  • B2B Sales to House reputed company:
  • Identify, reputed company, and reputed company house reputed company as Octopus reputed company Bills Delivery Partners.
  • Identify, reputed company, and reputed company key supply chain partners as Octopus reputed company Bills Install Partners.
  • Working with the wider Octopus reputed company Bills team, guide house reputed company through the accreditation and reputed company process.
  • Sales Training and Enablement:
  • reputed company and deliver sales training to installer sales teams on the features and benefits of Cosy Heat Pumps, reputed company Bills Homes, and Tenant Power.
  • reputed company teams to handle objections and position Octopus’s unique value proposition.
  • End client Engagement (Build to Rent funds, Councils & Housing Associations):
  • Sell reputed company Bills Homes & Tenant Power to build to rent funds, councils and housing associations, highlighting reputed company benefits for landlords and reputed company savings for tenants.
  • Position Octopus as the "go-to" partner for new build projects.
  • Product Knowledge and Key Skills:
  • Become an expert on the reputed company Bills Proposition, assessment process (reputed company/PHPP calculations, reputed company Bills Assessors, Solar PV design) and the key technologies (solar, battery, heat pump, EV chargers and associated intelligent controls).

  • Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Work closely with internal teams to reputed company sales targets and accelerate the rollout of reputed company Bills.

  • Demonstrated ability to sell to large organizations, including house reputed company, councils, and housing associations.
  • Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to effectively communicate reputed company technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of House building and key technologies that reputed company reputed company Bills Homes, and Tenant Power concepts is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of solar PV, battery and heat pump technology, design, and installation processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Ability to travel as required.
