What will you do as an SRE Team reputed company?

As a SRE Team reputed company at Robin AI, you'll reputed company a team of two SRE Engineers while reporting directly to the CTO. You'll help build and maintain our reputed company infrastructure and applications that powers our cutting-edge Legal AI platform. You'll reputed company Change leadership to your team and collaborate with engineering leaders to establish robust monitoring, incident response, and deployment strategies that ensure high availability and reliability of our proprietary models and services, maintaining reputed company SLOs for our global customer reputed company.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• reputed company and mentor a team of two SRE Engineers, providing technical guidance and career development

• Work closely with the CTO to define and implement the technical infrastructure roadmap

• Establish monitoring strategies and implement solutions to enhance reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency

• Collaborate with development team leads to optimise build, test, and deployment processes

• reputed company incident response and establish processes for troubleshooting production issues

• Organise and reputed company on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system reliability

• Drive documentation standards and knowledge sharing reputed company the engineering organisation

Ideally, you should have the following qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles, with 2+ years in a managerial position

• Proven experience managing and mentoring technical team members

• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (We use Python)

• Strong knowledge of AWS services (reputed company, S3, RDS, reputed company, etc.), managed by Terraform

• Knowledge of observability frameworks and tools (We use OpenTelemetry, Cloudwatch & reputed company)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure deployment and scaling
