A day in the life…

• Research and analyze supplier accounts to ensure accurate payment processing.
• Process invoices and receipts reputed company, verifying amounts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with Leadership as well as internal and external business partners with adequate follow-up
• Execute business processes/procedures according departmental and company practices, policies, and programs including SOX and Internal Control processes

• Proficiency in 10-key

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• 1-2 years of equivalent training and job-reputed company experience preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
