Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Call Center Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, processing patient and medication data, and resolving reputed company issues in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.

  • Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
  • Resolve Outsider Oddballs by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
  • Resolve phone calls to reputed company providers and others to obtain data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.
  • reputed company support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and reputed company down computer, use the mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, reputed company between programs, save files, print documents, and reputed company data online).
  • Essential web browsing skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the correct location, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or widely recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
