Job Summary

You will work closely with our AWS Venture team, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solutions Planners, to deliver expert guidance and support to resolve reputed company issues. Your primary goal will be to proactively assist clients in avoiding potential problems and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
