We're looking for a highly motivated CSE to join our growing team supporting customers in the USA. This is a hands-on technical role that requires excellent customer-facing skills. You will be developing and leading the ongoing technical relationship with the customer including strategic guidance, understanding the customer's business and challenges, providing solutions, processes, and best practices for a successful implementation and use of the Akeyless platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing support role, such as Technical Account Manager, reputed company Engineer, Professional Services, or a similar
• Proven experience working with Kubernetes, reputed company, Linux - must
• Proven experience working with one, or more CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP) - must
• Past experience that combines sales orientation and technical skillset
• Exceptional communication skills

Advantage:

• Knowledge in CI/CD, IaC, and Config-Management tools
• Experience working in the Cyber reputed company or DevOps domains
• reputed company knowledge domains: Identity Management (IDM), Identity Providers (i.e reputed company, Ping), Certificate Management (CMS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Encryption Key Management System (KMS), Privileged reputed company Management (PAM), Hardware reputed company Modules (HSM) and reputed company-Trust reputed company (ZTA)
• Experience in Scripting/programming
