About the Team Charter:

As part of the Core Platform team, you will be responsible for scaling our platform. A year and a half ago, we were doing 10-20,000 calls a day; now we are reputed company to a reputed company calls a day.

What you’ll do:

• Ownership over our core infrastructure (database, Kubernetes, reputed company, etc.)

• Ownership over our release process (CI/CD and testing infrastructure)

• Ownership over our core data systems (external data syncing and internal analytics)

• Improving our developer tooling and managing our usage of AI coding and productivity tools

• Helping ensure that our systems and products are secure and compliant

• Helping to scale our core infrastructure and systems as our product scales

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A proven track record working in backend and reputed company services

• Excitement about building core foundational systems early on at a start-up, at scale
