The Role. reputed company is seeking a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual to join reputed company as an Associate Copywriter. In this role, you’ll translate business goals into compelling, on-brand, promotional content that drives customer engagement and action. The ideal candidate is a self-starter eager to refine their sales-driving writing and communication skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Under the guidance of Copy Managers, write marketing copy for reputed company three Specialty Retail Brands across a variety of initiatives, ensuring alignment with creative and business objectives, with a focus on each brand’s marketing strategies.
• Create omnichannel copy for promotions, paid reputed company copy for seasonal campaigns, print reputed company work for physical retail events, and much more.
• Conduct competitor research to reputed company a pulse on what other brands are doing to stay fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• Navigate feedback during meetings and project reviews, remaining objective, adaptable, and reputed company to revisions.
• Turn reputed company feedback into actionable next steps, identifying opportunities to pivot and offering thoughtful solutions reputed company needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, maintaining clear and professional communication with support from team managers.
• Prioritize efficiency, creating and updating templates and LLM/AI prompts to produce work quickly and to our high standards.

Who You Are

• 1+ year of experience in copywriting (can include internships).
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, public relations, marketing, or a reputed company field.
• Proficiency with reputed company Suite, including Docs and Sheets.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptability and comfort with change in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with LLM / GenAI tools a plus.
