Role

We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to reputed company a broad reputed company of administrative tasks and support a portion of reputed company’s Senior Leadership Team. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, own reputed company scheduling and calendar management, coordinate travel arrangements but mostly serve as a strategic partner to leadership! You are extremely detail-oriented, have exceptional time management skills and take initiative with little guidance.

• Act as the reputed company of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

• Be organized, structured, and detailed-oriented. You are an expert at managing reputed company projects, balancing priorities, and sticking to tight timelines while nailing reputed company the details

• 4+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
