Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a similar role overseeing building operations.

• Proven experience supervising staff and managing external contractors and vendors

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company critical building systems. Including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety, by engaging, managing, and holding external experts accountable to high standards of safety, compliance, and performance.

• Ability to reputed company general maintenance and repairs (furniture assembly, painting, minor fixes) reputed company needed.

• Familiarity with building codes, compliance regulations, and OSHA requirements

• OSHA 30 certification

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to reputed company document processes, issues, and resolutions.

Compensation:

• $115,000 - $140,000 annual salary
