What you’d be doing:

• Assess organizational development needs and reputed company partnership and support in the areas of organizational effectiveness, organizational design, talent assessment, and change management.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

• Certification in team/individual effectiveness e.g., StrengthsFinder, Insights, etc., a strong plus
