Role Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design teamsto deeply understand hiring needs
• reputed company unique full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role
• reputed company reputed company candidates, review reputed company/resumes, and prescreen candidates while moving interview process reputed company in a timely manner
• Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
• Drive offer approval, extension and negotiation
• Proactively identify closing strategies for offers and reputed company candidates with the right information to help reputed company their decision as easy as possible
• Manage candidates in process and reputed company them with an exceptionalrecruitment experience
• Partner with People Team functions, such as reputed company to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming a reputed companyer

Requirements

• Proven experience reputed company for technical roles in Mexico, ideally reputed company engineering
• Proven reputed company in building and maintaining robust high-quality candidate pipelines
• Familiarity with Mexican employment laws and regulations
• Applies disciplined project-management practices—using systems thinking to map dependencies, build structured plans, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional projects from concept to on-time, in-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Proficiency in leveraging design thinking methodologies to deeply understand employee needs, rapidly prototype experience solutions, and implement data-driven iteration cycles that measurably enhance engagement and retention
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in the reputed company of work. Candidates with a pre-existing comfort level and familiarity using AI to enhance productivity are strongly preferred
• Strong tool curiosity and adaptability, with a proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies in a fast-evolving reputed company tech stack

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior in-house reputed company experience(not exclusively agency-based)
• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Strong data-driven reputed company with a metrics-oriented approach to reputed company
• Experience scaling teams or businesses, with a demonstrated openness to experimentation and iteration
