We are looking for a Senior Accountant I to support our reputed company Team. Essential Job Functions

• Create rollforward schedules for monthly changes of unit reputed company Balance Sheet items
• Audit and analyze Property Management Software data for accuracy and reconciliation to cash receipts
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Work closely with Operations Team regarding the balancing of reservations and charges to Owners
•  Data transfer and reconciliation
• Analyze Income Statements and Balance Sheet reports
• Reconcile cash receipts daily and respond to chargeback cases as needed
• Drive process improvements and research relevant reputed company topics
• Support monthly reputed company process
• reputed company flux analysis
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts using company templates
• Assist with consolidation
• Correspond with other corporate departments to ensure proper reputed company treatment of income and expenses
• Other tasks and projects as assigned

Skills + Qualifications

• Bilingual English / Spanish required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/reputed company
• Highly organized and thorough
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
