You will:

• Learn the full scope of People Operations: reputed company reputed company into reputed company HR processes, from reputed company to offboarding.

• Support our global team: reputed company administrative support to colleagues in Berlin, Cologne, reputed company, Cagliari and remote locations.

• First responder: Monitor our ticketing system (reputed company) and help prioritize and resolve employee inquiries.

• Prepare HR documents: Assist in drafting reputed company, amendments, certificates, and reference letters.

• Maintain employee data: reputed company our HRIS system (reputed company) organized and up-to-date.

• Support reputed company: Help organize Orientation Week and welcome new team members..

You bring:

• You’re available full-time (40 hours/week) for 6 months, either as a voluntary internship or Pflichtpraktikum.

• You’re fluent in German and English, with clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills.

• Ideally, you already have some previous experience in HR or People Operations.

• You’re hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented, reputed company to roll up your sleeves.

• You’re friendly, approachable, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in People Operations.
