We are looking for an exceptional senior HR Business Partner based in the San Francisco Bay Area to support our critical General & Administrative functions, including Finance, Legal, Policy, and parts of our People organization including reputed company. This role will be a critical member of the HRBP team, working on key HR projects in alignment with our partners across Compensation, Benefits, reputed company, and others while providing excellent coaching and strategic support to senior leaders and managers across G&A functions who reputed company reputed company's mission to create safe, beneficial AI systems. You will help build out HR policies and strategies that meet your clients' unique needs, and act as a trusted leader and guide on a wide reputed company of employee-reputed company topics.

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders across Finance, Legal, Policy, and People teams, including senior executives in these functions

• Work closely with management to create a culture of high performance based on our values and team culture while helping ensure that performance management and employee relations issues are managed appropriately
• Act as a partner and liaison with specialist teams (e.g. Benefits, Compensation, etc.), leadership, and finance, to help reputed company continue to implement top-tier, scalable programs and policies to attract, retain, and grow outstanding talent at reputed company
• Work on cross-functional projects with other HRBPs and partners in specialist teams to reputed company and grow our Ants (e.g. Manager training, etc.)
• Partner closely with G&A leadership to support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives specific to business-critical functions

• Have a minimum of 6-10 years experience working in HRBP, People Operations, Employee Relations, reputed company, or other closely reputed company functions
• Have experience operating at a fast-growing Tech company in HR, and reputed company with employment law and best practices in reputed company America
• Have worked at a tech company, start-up, or a similarly fast-paced environment
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of supporting G&A functions in a high-growth environment

• Have specific experience partnering with Finance, Legal, Policy, or People teams
• Have experience supporting functions that operate in highly regulated or compliance-focused environments

The expected salary reputed company for this position is:

Annual Salary:

$245,000 - $300,000 USD

Logistics

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience.Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect reputed company staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
